／等待春天／

也许，对于大多数的我们来说，现在能做的只有等待疫情结束的那一天早早地来到。每天都在家里，从雨水等到惊蛰，春季生长的花草早已抽出新枝。在疫情这段特殊时期里，对于我这种长期独自待在工作室的人来说却没有太大的区别，工作生活依旧。工作室里的每个角落都放满了自己画的瓷器，它们都是从景德镇带回来的。大三之后的每一年春天四五月份几乎都会在景德镇度过。青花瓷的爱好者到了那里是天堂般的感受。江西的春天气候很好，粉也很好吃。那段时间短短的几周我几乎不会思考别的，每天都和泥巴待在一起。
四月就要来了，希望我们都能等到那个令人期待的春天。

／Waiting for the Spring／

Perhaps waiting is the only thing we can do now. Watching the snow melt, listening the insects wake from the earth, I keep staying at home every day. The flowers and plants outside my window are growing in the spring. In this special period, there are no differences in my life, I still staying in my studio all the time. My blue-and-white porcelains scattering to the corners of my studio, they all from Jingdezhen. After junior, I will spent my spring time in Jingdezhen almost every year from April to May. Jingdezhen just like a heaven for the blue and white porcelain lovers. Jiangxi is famous for the good spring weather and delicious rice noodles. For my short spring time, I won’t think about anything else but spent my time with petuntse.
The April is coming. I expect the spring comes to all of us.

／Loving Strangers／
Loving Strangers系列是由我手工制作的青花瓷作品。青花瓷的蓝有一种独特的气质，它是一种具有历史记忆的传统颜色。现考古中最早的青花瓷出自唐代，画工们细致的手艺和规整的花纹图案，它们常常作为工艺品出现在收藏者的家中。
青花是一种比较传统的陶瓷釉料，这种颜色给人纯净古典的感觉，它会让使用者的心情也随之沉静下来。釉料在烧制之前是黑棕的泥土色，经过1200度高温烧制后，会根据含水量不同呈现出深浅不一的蓝。这需要比较丰富的经验才能掌握其中变换的规律。

Loving strangers – 青花瓷咖啡杯 Blue-and-white porcelain coffee cup | 280 RMB
青花要从泥巴变成青色要求的温度比较高一些，专业的地方做出来的东西要更讲究一些。完成一件青花器皿的成品要经历好几个步骤，每一个步骤都不能着急。要先等到泥土成型，然后要等瓷胚变硬，好能在上面作画。等画好以后放进窑里，那各种大大小小的器皿放满一窑后才能开始加温烧制。专业的烧窑工作坊会选择相同的泥料、相同的釉料、甚至是相同的器形放在一起入窑。这样才能保证，在材料和厚度所需最佳烧制温度相同的情况下，烧出最好的器和色。
打稿 | Sketching
我在创作的过程中发现，慢慢的，在我和它越来越熟悉之后，发现青花就像女孩一样，温柔而独特。所以我不愿批量的复制生产她们，我希望每一件器皿都有它独特的性格，也都有独一无二的故事。青花这种古老的艺术，在我的创作实践中，我想让它具有当代的语言，并且自由的呈现。在Loving Strangers系列上，呈现了一些现代的浪漫爱情故事。
陶瓷上的创作也有一部分的人物形象和主题来自我的绘画作品当中。但是因为它需要与器物形状结合产生某种共生的关系，所以每一次的创作的草图都会根据每一件瓷器具体的造型展开。这些陶瓷制品既可以放心的盛放饮食，也可以在家中作为一件艺术品的摆件，它将物的使用功能和审美功能结合。
它们的用料均属于景德镇产的高白泥料，比其他种类的瓷料或者陶土更加洁白干净。传统的蓝白搭配显得很沉稳大气，每个器物上都是一次独立的创作，不是纯粹的装饰文案也不会有批量复刻，具备唯一性和观者想象的空间。
Loving Strangers is a series of handmade blue-and-white porcelains. The traditional colours with historical memories makes the blue-and-white porcelains unique. The earliest blue-and-white porcelains is from the Tang Dynasty in Archaeology. The meticulous craftsmanship and regular pattern of the painters makes blue-and-white special and often appears in the collector’s house as a handicraft.
Blue-and-white is a kind of traditional ceramic glaze, the pure and classical colours makes the users clam. The clay will be dark brown before the heating process. After heating at 1200℃ high temperature, the clay will showed different shades of blue according to different water content. Only the professional masters could know the rules of this colour transformations.

The temperature requirement for blue-and-white is higher than other kinds of porcelain, the most professional studios could make blue-and-white more exquisite. There are several steps to complete a blue-and-white porcelain ware, slowly finish each steps will be the best choice. First of all, waiting for the petuntse to be formed, after the petuntse dried and solid, you could paint on it with glaze. It will be putting into the kiln after you finished painting. Before heating, you need to waiting all the painting was finished and put all of porcelain wares in kiln. In order to ensure the best porcelain after heating, some studios would choose the same clay, glaze, even the same shape of porcelain in one kiln.

上釉 | Glazing
After I became more and more familiar with blue-and-white porcelains, I found that blue-and-white porcelains like an unique lady. That is the reason why I won’t copy any of them. I hope every “lady” has their own characters, and tells their own stories. In my practice, I am trying to present this very tradional art form in a contemporary way. In this Loving Strangers series, I draw different love stories on each pieces.
There are some characters and themes in the creation of ceramics from my paintings. However, blue-and-white needs to combine with the shape of the ware to create a symbiotic relationship, the sketch will be based on the specific shape of each blue-and-white porcelain. You could use them for foods and drinks, also could be art decoration. My blue-and-white wares combines the function and aesthetic together.

This material of ceramics is from Jingdezhen, which is whiter and cleaner than other kinds of porcelain materials or clay. The traditional blue-and-white is very calm, and each artifact is an independent creation. They are one and only, won’t be decretive copy; they also could provide a imagine space for the viewers.
