Yin Gan: I was the first member of Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute. In 1962, I was assigned by the state to work in the Institute of Silicon Institute in Zibo City, Shandong Province. In 1962, I started to work and worked until 1981. After my retirement, in 2009, Shandong Silicon Institute hired me as the art consultant of the unit, so I feel honored to chair this seminar, and it is also my responsibility and obligation.

Yin Shujian: Distinguished leaders, experts and friends, good morning. The topic of today's seminar is the innovation and development of household ceramics in new China, which should be said to be a big topic, but it is difficult to say a good one. However, from the point of view of a ceramic person, I would like to express some views on the innovation and development process of silicon yuan daily porcelain, hoping to cast a brick to attract jade.

When it comes to ceramics for daily use, I must think of Jingdezhen first, especially the blue and white porcelain in Jingdezhen, which makes us feel very mysterious. That is why I applied for the major of ceramics at that time. The impression of Jingdezhen porcelain is just like that of China's Maotai when referring to Chinese liquor. But history is changing, ceramics also need continuous development and innovation, need to keep pace with The Times. Reform and opening up for so long, although there is a very long history, according to research, Chinese ceramics has a history of eight thousand to ten thousand years, but we all know that there is no good porcelain in the north since ancient times, so we can not make a kind of reception porcelain like Jingdezhen, Zibo market is mostly that kind of coarse porcelain, some middle and low grade products. Until the reform and opening up to the Zibo silicon silicate research institute, which is now our silicon yuan company, also represents including Zibo porcelain industry, etc. , with Shandong rich of talc, feldspar, quartz and other mineral as raw material, as the main reason, developed steatite porcelain, feldspar porcelain, quartz porcelain, Luguang porcelain and synthetic porcelain. These porcelains have won the National Invention Award and Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, of which four have won the National Invention Award. High-quartz porcelains have won the gold medal for invention in the world. These achievements have been transferred to the porcelain areas outside Shandong, including Guangdong and Jiangxi.

In 1984, during the 35-year gap between BBB 0 and BBB 0, the State Council was searching for National Day porcelain all over the country. At that time, Mr. Zhang Shouzhi found the high quartz porcelain we had just developed and made a special recommendation to the State Council. More than a decade later, due to its excellent performance, silicon yuan porcelain was used as the leading porcelain of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee in 1985. Up to now, it has a history of more than 30 years. That is to say, from the 12th CPC National Congress to the 18th and 19th CPC National Congress, we have continuously provided porcelain for eight leaders. Central leaders such as Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao and now President Xi have all used our porcelain. Here I would like to express my special thanks to Mr. Zhang for promoting the establishment of a number of good products for the Central Academy.

Why can high quartz porcelain be used in these three places in Zhongnanhai? Because it has excellent performance, won the national award, and in the international invention gold award, high quartz porcelain is considered by experts as the Chinese independent invention of new porcelain after the reform and open policy, it breaks the European and American experts believe the conclusion of high silica content, comprehensive performance is superior to the traditional porcelain not only, but also better than that of many kinds of porcelain, it's a slow performance and its PengZhuangXing,It should be larger than other porcelain. I think it is the result of continuous innovation that the high quartz porcelain of Silicon Institute has entered Zhongnanhai and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

At that time from the ceramics of many art design, from the palace banquet of many fine arts masters, including a number of our engineers and so on, including our R & D design team, the third is that we have more than 10 years of experience in making porcelain for Zhongnanhai.

Now that I think about it, I have a feeling that if you really want to do something, you can do it, and God will guide you. A good understanding and implementation of President Xi's development concept is very important for the ceramic industry at present. How to develop the future development of Chinese ceramics? This is a very important question for each of us ceramic people. The development experience of ceramics industry in the past tells us that only continuous innovation can achieve long-term development. Under the leadership of the leading enterprises in recent years, some of our ceramic enterprises are in turn, a massive turn quality aspect, in the past, find a way of economies of scale, low cost, it is can't go, because labor costs on the rise, including foreign anti-dumping have told us, must by the high speed development to high production development, the past is cheaper than who sell, it is more expensive than who sells,Sell better, can sell out, this is the advantage. Recently in our company's conference, repeatedly emphasize that must walk innovation, innovation is full of risks and challenges on the road, Si Yuan company item more than a decade ago to ask silicon yuan of ceramic culture innovation is our mission of art, its purpose is to constantly warning to remind ourselves, porcelain to culture, that is not only the material to be advanced, exquisite workmanship. Only in this way can enterprises have the ability to enter into innovation and introduce enterprise development, can enterprises continue to develop. The current situation is that the development of our daily porcelain is not as good as that of artistic ceramics, why? Because the talent can not attract, can not retain, enterprises are not to make money, do not make money, it is difficult to run the enterprise, this is the problem we should pay attention to.

The development of daily-use porcelain must adopt a differentiated development strategy, give play to its own advantages, and form its own unique style. It can no longer imitate each other and wage a price war uniformly, otherwise it will fall into a vicious circle of price competition. In his speech, President Xi also talked about the "Three Ones". Jing Zhizhong: I am very glad to attend this seminar and I have just seen the exhibition. I think this activity is going very well. It happens to be the Chinese New Year, which falls on the 15th day of the first lunar month. After watching it, I learned six things.

First, because we are the Ceramic Collection Committee of the Chinese Collectors Association, which is specifically aimed at art ceramics, living porcelain, cultural porcelain and other aspects, can have a certain collection value, such ceramics to the national promotion, promotion at home and abroad. After reading it today, I feel good. I didn't know much about our place, and I also went to Zibo once. I met President Yin before, but I didn't have a deep understanding of him.

I feel that the company and its products are very promising, and the key is the talent. First of all, President Yin has a very clear development goal and a specific system. I saw these works outside, there are a few experience, one is a large number of works are very tasteful, this taste is not about to have a taste, because we modern art ceramics, also including life with porcelain, put forward a slogan "to walk on the road of fine", what is fine? We want for this two word, almost spent nearly six years, visited many places, including the collection of cultural knowledge of various layers, developed a standard, is the 10 standard ceramic products, in accordance with article 10 of this measure, is the basis, the first is to be original, creative novel, dainty materials, since it is high-quality goods, walk the road of high-quality goods, creates the high-quality goods. And what does this thing represent? Thirdly, the cultural connotation is deep. Judging by this standard, I think our works are very good and excellent.

And let's ceramic inside, just now I heard later, after liberation, including the central standing committee in which up to now are we doing here, I think it is high, the standing committee of the porcelain, after all, represents the highest level in the country, represents the industry level, so I think our products and work are good, can enter into such a height. Of course, there may be everyone's efforts, as well as the strong recommendation of teachers such as Mr. Zhang, but the most important thing is the work. If the work is not hard enough, it is still not good, which shows that our products are still very good.

I feel ceramics collection from the committee, we began to put forward several new this year, because we created three Chinese ceramics is boutique creative center, set up three bases, one is the new porcelain boutique creative center of China, set up the third year this year and then set up last year China porcelain quality center and China set porcelain boutique creative center. This is the brand of playing the country, to create on behalf of the country, on behalf of the contemporary efforts to the highest level, not only inherited the traditional culture, and innovation, and into the future, suitable for the public aesthetic ceramics. Therefore, I put forward to carry out in four aspects. One is to move towards cultural porcelain. How can ceramics go deep into and enter into all levels of our country's cultural system? Because he loved ceramics. So I said, how do we retain talent? Comment master is art personnel now, forget scientist, scientist invents new material, have bonus? Only the enterprise itself can solve.

I have seen that the Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Office of the State Council have recently decided that in the future, enterprises will be required to appraise talents and professional titles, while the government will not appraise professional titles. It is estimated that in the next step, even technologists and assistant engineers will not be appraise. When enterprises hire you, you will have real skills, scientific research skills, theories and practices, and finally the enterprises will give them to you.
