"Grant Wood: American Gothic and other fables"
Grant Wood: American Gothic and other fables
?? New York Whitney Museum
If the future generation, if you review the crazy "Grant Wood" hot ", you will be confused. Why is a weird painter (the protagonist of the Whitney Museum Retrospective) is so fascinating? In terms of study, they only see what happened to the United States on November 8, 2016 - why we are in this singular era, summon such a weird artist. Grant Wood's most famous work is "American Gothic" (American Gothic). In Wood's work, he did not explore the truth, but turned to those strange characters with mid-to-moades and weird in the United States, showing them. Here, these picture themes can make the viewer in the gravity of life, and the history of the gene is again claimed to find "I can endure the way is quiet." (Borrowing George Washington Word)

"ADRIAN PIPER: A Synthesis of Intuitions, 1065-2016"
Andrian Papep: Intuitive Comprehensive, 1065-2016
New York Modern Art Museum (MOMA)
MOMA will give a confession of Adrian Pipes in the whole space - "Andrian Pape: Intrai-Pape: Intuitive Comprehensive, 1065-2016", this is also MOMA for the first floor Space is used as an exhibition in the artist's work. This review seems to be the welcoming ceremony of our hometown of Papee returning to her, since 2005, Pape Pub will always settle Berlin. The time point of the exhibition is perfect. From the art project "Mythic Being" (fictional existence, 1973-5), the Papee started to boldly record the "cultural return of the ancestors" in society, she tried to remove our culture "default value "And for race, class and gender, and strategic thinking. Her work is always fierce and political means that it is not fun and time: disco, electronics and Kant, ideal theory, and artist's biography, a wonderful memoir and exhibition of artist life . The entire exhibition is full of "food supplementary food" (drawing on the name of another artwork in the 1970s), undoubtedly a warm welcome for "fictional existence" (always existed) returns.

"Radical Women: Latin American Art, 1960-1985"
Radical Women: Latin American Art, 1960-1985
Brooklyn Museum
In order to present the exhibition from the Los Angeles Hanmore Art Museum to the Brooklyn Museum, "Radical Women: Latin Art, 1960-1985", Cecilia Fajardo-Hill and Andrea Giunta spent 7 years. The reason is because most artists from 14 Latin American countries and the United States (more than 120), their names are eloquent in art history. In a special period of global politics and aesthetics, multiple marginalization positions gathered these artists, as in the near future of the Brooklyn Museum, another unique exhibition "We Wanted a revolution: Black Radic Women 1965-85" (We need to change: Black radical female 1965-85), in today's era background, this quite important exhibition has reminded us that how long, how long is it for achieving equality?
